How to freeze strawberries

Freeze fresh strawberries when in season , and enjoy them rest of the year

First Method:
**************
Wash n dry strawberries
Remove top part
Take air tight box
Put sugar on base ,then put strawberries in single layer
Again sprinkle sugar over it , then put second layer of strawberries
Repeat the layers ,
Quantity of layers depend on size of your box and quantity of strawberries
Top layer should be sugar
Cover the box with lid and freeze
Sugar will covert in sugar syrup in few days


Second Method
****************
Wash n dry strawberries
Cut top part
Fill in zip lock bag
Seal zip lock bag, try to remove air as much as possible
Freeze

Kuch dino may cheeni say chashni bun jaygi,
Strawberry kay saath smoothies,shakes wagaira may aap ye syrup bhi use ker saktay hain


Doosra Tarika

zip lock bag may strawberris dal dain
Achi terhan bund karain, jitna ho sakay hawa nikal dain
Or freeze kr lain
